① Reservations for the same day or the next day can only be made by phone at the store. (TEL 0558-22-2558)
②If you are only renting, no reservation is necessary. Please let us know at the store.
③ If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% the day before, 100% on the day).
④Depending on the reservation situation, we may ask you to change the start time of the class.
In such cases, we will contact you in advance by email or phone.
⑤In the event of bad weather or large waves, we may cancel the class for safety reasons.
